This role ensures high-quality implementation of monthly classroom and professional learning community (PLC) observations, translates field data into actionable insights for system leaders, and strengthens the capacity of school-based teams to use observation and feedback data to improve instruction. The Lead operates with increasing autonomy in managing the observation workflow, coordinating across Instruction Partners teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements. In addition to conducting observations, this role identifies implementation challenges, adapts tools to fit partner contexts within established frameworks, and contributes to improving observation and feedback systems over time. This role reports to a Senior Director of Content Implementation and Development and collaborates closely with Partnership Operations to ensure accurate data systems, timely reporting, and alignment to TEA requirements.
