Role Description O Analista de Negócios Master – Gestão de Projetos será responsável por: - Representar o processo de negócio designado de ponta a ponta dentro do Programa IT Foundation; - Atuar diretamente na criação de cenários de teste, roteiros (scripts) e dados de teste, executando ciclos de testes, documentar resultados, identificar defeitos e apoiar sua resolução; - Colaborar com SMEs de TI e do negócio para validar o comportamento do sistema em relação aos requisitos do negócio; - Planejar, desenvolver, revisar e validar materiais de treinamento para as equipes funcionais; - Apoiar a entrega dos treinamentos, controle de presença e avaliação da prontidão dos aprendizes; - Coordenar atividades com os Líderes de Treinamento e equipes de Gestão do Conhecimento; - Apoiar atividades de limpeza, validação e preparação de dados necessárias para cutover e testes, definindo planos de contingência para atividades críticas; - Colaborar com os responsáveis funcionais para garantir a precisão e a completude dos dados; - Mapear impactos e riscos críticos relacionados ao Programa IT Foundation; - Revisar comunicações do programa para garantir precisão e clareza; - Apoiar a disseminação de mensagens para os grupos de stakeholders envolvidos; - Atuar como elo entre as equipes de TI e de Negócio para garantir alinhamento de prontidão. Qualifications - Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração e/ou áreas correlatas; - Vivência sólida no entendimento de processos de negócio integrados e sistemas corporativos, especialmente em ambientes de transformação digital e implementação de ERP, como SAP; - Vivência em fluxos end‑to‑end de Gestão de Projetos de grande volume e alta complexidade; - Experiência em gestão e qualidade de dados, incluindo preparação, validação e suporte a atividades de migração, além da participação em iniciativas de change management, treinamento de usuários e documentação de processos; - Forte capacidade de negociação, pensamento estratégico, visão comercial e senso de negócio; - Inglês avançado, com interface global.
