• Define and partner with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations to execute the long-term vision for Brand Project Management + Creative Operations, including systems, tools, and team structure that scale with company growth. • Partner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure visibility, efficiency, clear process documentation and enforcement, and alignment across all project touchpoints. • Lead process development and optimization across intake, prioritization, execution, and post-mortem. • Integrate AI, creative tech, and automation tools to enhance creative throughput and ROI. • Mentor and train less experienced project managers and producers, fostering a culture of collaboration, clarity, and accountability. • Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and resources across integrated marketing campaigns and product launches. • Help lead the resourcing strategy to ensure the right talent is aligned with the right work at the right time using workload analysis and forecasting tools. • Plan, coordinate, and execute complex 360 campaigns (TVC, OOH, digital, packaging, experiential) by aligning all creative and marketing stakeholders. • Collaborate with all department leads to define and communicate project scopes, priorities, and timelines. • Lead internal meetings (discovery, status, review) and drive collaborative problem-solving and decision-making. • Communicate proactively with internal and external teams on project health, risks, and blockers. • Ensure every brief and execution aligns with brand standards and creative integrity. • Act as the final checkpoint for creative quality and accuracy before assets go live. • Track, analyze, and report on project KPIs to continuously improve processes and creative performance. • Continuously audit and refine workflows to reduce friction and improve speed, quality, and output.
Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience with proven Project Management expertise working with marketing and planning teams
- Proficient in: Monday.com, Digital Asset Management Systems
- Deep understanding of all areas of marketing processes, including: digital, creative, offline, packaging and e-commerce.
- Great work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive communication: Must be organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and adept at prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at once to communicate, follow up on, and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment, oftentimes under pressure
- Proactive approach to projects and always thinking ahead; shows initiative to drive results and solve problems, and can always be counted on to follow through with transparency
- Knowledge of project management and budgeting best practices, including workflow, and terminology
