Litehouse is looking for a strategic Demand Planner to help shape our future by building accurate demand plans, improving forecast performance, and partnering across the business to keep products flowing to customers. - Build and maintain a rolling 12-18 month demand forecast using analytics, statistical tools, market trends, and customer insights. - Partner with Insights, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production to create a consensus demand plan aligned with business goals. - Manage forecast changes, promotions, product launches, and customer demand shifts to support strong service levels. - Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and fill rate performance. - Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities while presenting actionable recommendations to S&OP stakeholders. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, tools, and forecasting efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles. - Experience with ERP systems, demand planning software, and advanced Excel skills. Infor Demand Forecasting experience a plus. - Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting trends and forecasting data. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. - Experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or consumer products preferred. - Tableau, SQL, Power Pivot, Quantrix, or dashboarding experience is a plus.
