• Manage the MAU Supply Chain Teams supporting 3PL providers by optimizing processes and/or supply chain networks. • Responsible for supply chain vendor relationships and pricing negotiations. • Work with maurices 3PL providers to set direction and goals for the supply chain organization. • Communicate daily/weekly with internal and external stakeholder partners. • Develop and deliver actionable recommendations for Supply Chain process improvement. • Work with Director of Logistics to deliver a metrics-driven Supply Chain/Logistics dashboard. • Provide clear and consistent leadership and direction to all direct reports. • Regularly analyze financial reports, customer profitability, and other data to identify trends and opportunities. • Own DC Routing Guide distribution, updates, and chargebacks. • Partner with Logistics team to manage the inbound freight program. • Maintain awareness of all financial transactions ensuring projects align with budgets. • Attend relevant Supply Chain retail-industry specific conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management and leadership.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing resources and building effective global teams
- Provider sourcing and procurement experience required
- Previous Retail/Online experience strongly preferred
- Budget development/management experience required
- Proven track record in successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects required
- Understanding of various TMS and WMS requirements
- Must be able to travel as business dictates.
