Role Description Tiger Analytics is looking for experienced Agentic AI Engineer with Gen AI experience to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. You will be responsible for: - Providing solutions for the deployment, execution, validation, monitoring, and improvement of MLE solutions - Creating scalable Machine Learning systems - Building reusable production data pipelines for implemented machine learning models - Writing production-quality code and libraries that can be packaged as containers, installed and deployed You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners and will have the opportunity to drive current and future strategy by leveraging your analytical skills as you ensure business value and communicate the results. Requirements - Experience with data ingestion, data retrieval, and data generation using optimal methods such as hybrid search. - Knowledge of the insurance industry is a big plus. - Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus. - 8+ years of industry experience in AI/ML and data engineering, with a track record of working in large-scale programs and solving complex use cases using GCP AI Platform/Vertex AI. - Exceptional command in Agentic AI architecture, development, testing, and research of both Neural-based & Symbolic agents. - Expertise in building agentic systems using techniques including Multi-agent systems, Reinforcement learning, flexible/dynamic workflows, caching/memory management, and concurrent orchestration. - Expertise in Python language to build large, scalable applications, conduct performance analysis, and tuning. - Strong skills in prompt engineering and its techniques including design, development, and refinement of prompts. - Experience in designing, building, and implementing IR/RAG systems with Vector DB and Knowledge Graph. - Strong skills in the evaluation of models and their tools. - Experience in conducting rigorous A/B testing and performance benchmarking of prompt/LLM variations. This is a strategic, hands-on position for an experienced technical leader who has a track record of shipping AI-enhanced customer applications and tooling used by engineering teams. This role will be focused on embedding LLMs, agent-based systems, and automation into core development workflows—boosting productivity, reducing manual toil, and accelerating delivery, essentially transforming how our engineers build, test, and ship software. Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Backend - Develop and maintain scalable APIs, supporting synchronous and asynchronous agent execution. - Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure and structured access to external data and tools within agent workflows. - Implement state tracking, context-aware input dispatch, and modular plugin integration within the control plane. Evaluation, Testing & Observability - Build unit and behavioral tests for agents, tools, and workflows. - Develop tooling for trace analysis, agent state debugging, and hallucination tracking. - Compare and benchmark agent orchestration frameworks for trade-offs in speed, reliability, and usability. Model Fine-Tuning & MLOps - Integrate, deploy, fine tune and monitor models in production using cloud providers. - Set up agent logging, observability dashboards, and recovery workflows. Front-end & User Experience - Collaborate with front-end developers or build user-facing components using React, TypeScript. - Ensure seamless user and agent interaction via UI and API bridges. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or related field preferred. - 10+ years of experience in software development and design. - Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools. 3+ years of experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning concepts.
