• You will break up complex features into clear, automatable tests and build testing solutions that scale well • You will test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability and database migrations • Partner with engineering teams to enable our Continuous Delivery pipelines to have strong automated test coverage, stable environment setup/teardown, and reliable quality gates • You will learn new systems and integrations quickly and be able to communicate the challenges and advantages clearly • You will participate in the full development life cycle, adding your insights to requirements, designs and code reviews

• Testing of AI based conversational products • Monitoring and improving quality assurance process ensuring any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed • Providing a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams • Evaluating and identifying where enhancements in accuracy of models are required • Detailed testing feedback preparation to help the team to improve AI models

• Design, build, and maintain robust automated tests for backend services, APIs, and AI‑enabled systems • Validate end‑to‑end AI workflows, including data inputs, retrieval logic, and generated outputs • Test RAG systems by verifying source data quality, retrieval accuracy, and response correctness • Perform data verification to ensure the accuracy of summarized, derived, and feature‑level data used by AI systems • Validate AI behavior for consistency, edge cases, regressions, and failure scenarios • Identify data anomalies, drift, and pipeline issues impacting AI outputs and collaborate on resolution • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to quality metrics and reporting • Support performance, reliability, and scalability testing for AI‑driven services

• Responsible for software verification and validation, including test planning, development, execution, analysis and associated documentation • Supports bug reporting and tracking and software test processes • Assists in the development of the test strategy in order to meet the release schedule • Adheres to established testing procedures • Works under general supervision • Responsible for defining test strategies, plans, procedures and reports • Responsible for writing tests, executing those tests, and reporting the results • Designs, constructs and implements manual and automated tests that thoroughly exercise the product from the perspective of the customer • Assesses system and software level requirement specifications, software design, interface design, test, and other development related documentation as needed • Assists with implementation of the enhancements, including documentation, instruction and hands-on-training of others
