• Provide full-time administrative and logistical support, ensuring efficient coordination across project teams and stakeholders. • Schedule and coordinate all team meetings, working sessions, and governance forums, ensuring appropriate attendance, agendas, and follow-ups. • Maintain and manage action item logs, ensuring timely tracking, updates, and closure of tasks and decisions. • Support development and maintenance of project plans and schedules, including updates to milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines. • Use Confluence and Jira to manage project documentation, track work items, and support Agile delivery processes. • Develop and maintain documentation and collaborative content using Google Docs and Google Workspace tools. • Assist with onboarding of new resources, particularly those supporting CMS contracts, ensuring access, documentation, and orientation materials are complete. • Support risk and issue tracking, including logging, updating, and escalating program risks and blockers as needed. • Prepare and distribute status reports, summaries, and updates for internal teams and government stakeholders. • Support technical document review and editing, including grammar checks, formatting consistency, and clarity improvements for program documentation. • Coordinate with project managers, product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. • Maintain organized records of project artifacts in accordance with federal documentation and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or program administration roles.
  • Experience working in federal government contracting environments, preferably supporting CMS or healthcare-related programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting project plans, schedules, and delivery tracking in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation management.
  • Strong experience using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) for collaboration and documentation.
  • Experience supporting CMS contract onboarding processes, including resource setup, documentation access, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe environments.
  • Experience with risk and issue tracking, including maintaining logs and supporting mitigation follow-up.
  • Experience preparing and distributing status reports and executive summaries.
  • Experience supporting technical reviews, editing, and documentation quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Must reside in the Continental US.
