Software Sales Account Manager

CADimensions, Inc.

• Build and manage strong relationships within a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customers. • Prospect and generate new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects. • Own the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, progressing deals, forecasting, and closing business. • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM. • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and leadership) to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Continuously develop product knowledge, including certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions. • Stay proactive and persistent in follow-up to ensure opportunities move forward and customers stay engaged. • Contribute to team success by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting overall sales initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, including prospecting and closing business
  • Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with customers
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive results
