Requirements - High School Diploma. - Minimum of 3 years related claims experience. - Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled. - Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. - Computer experience with related claims and business software. Role Description The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for performing leadership and project management duties that support the mission and values of Innovia. This role will lead a team of highly skilled application, technical, and development consultants to successfully work together to execute Business Central upgrades, implementations, and customer process improvement projects within the established time frame and budget to a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Project Delivery Manager will do this by being the communication link between their assigned project team, third-party software vendors, customers, and the customer engagement team. Qualifications - Associate’s degree in business, management, information systems, OR related work experience required. - Proven supervisory experience is required. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required. - Basic knowledge of ERP or software implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) is preferred.
