Stand Together
• Build working knowledge of the team's three core platforms (two Salesforce systems and web services) and the business processes they support. • Move across the product portfolio based on priority, providing hands-on support wherever momentum is most at risk. • Own day-to-day backlog management, sprint coordination, and stakeholder communication for assigned workstreams. • Partner with stakeholders to capture, clarify, and properly format incoming requests - turning business needs into well-structured stories and tickets. • Serve as a reliable point of contact for business partners, providing clear and consistent updates on progress, blockers, and timelines. • Coordinate across engineering, QA, and business teams to drive crisp, low-overhead delivery. • Assist senior PMs in building and maintaining product roadmaps, milestone tracking, and release planning.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related coordination-heavy role within a technology environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based platforms or enterprise CRM systems (hands-on configuration experience is a plus, not a requirement).
- Strong organizational skills - you bring structure to chaos and keep multiple workstreams moving without losing detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- A collaborative mindset - you're energized by supporting others, filling gaps, and doing whatever it takes to keep the team successful.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
