• Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned software products and enhancements. • Translate business goals, customer feedback, and market needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. • Partner with engineering teams to drive sprint planning, release readiness, and successful delivery. • Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with company strategy. • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability and product strategy. • Gather feedback directly from orthodontists, dental practices, DSOs, and other professional customers to understand workflow and clinical requirements. • Monitor market trends, competitors, and adjacent healthcare technology innovations. • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Clinical, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams. • Coordinate with Quality/Regulatory teams where product changes impact medical device or healthcare compliance requirements. • Define KPIs for product success including adoption, retention, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.
