Responsibilities and Tasks: - Experience in tools which are getting used in semiconductor labs like Temperature chamber, Hast chamber, Soak chamber, Tester, Reflow oven, Temp cycle, THB, bend tester, CSAM, Shock tester, X-section, FTIR, SEM, 2D/3D X-ray, FIB etc.. - Operate and maintain analytical equipment in Reliability. - Oversee daily maintenance and operation of Reliability lab equipment and consumables. - Responsible for daily tracking and updating for lab operation progress for further review. - Participate in quality, productivity and cost improvement projects in Reliability lab. - Able to work as a team with fellow members in a safe, cohesive and collaborative way. - Always think, converse and behave in a positive manner with a growth mindset. - Able to readily share knowledge, willing to co-work and behave professionally even under stress. - Be resourceful and able to look for solution with minimum supervision. - Able to hold his own, carry out due diligence before making decision.
