Role Description We seek a research assistant to support program delivery and evaluation for a produce prescription and nutrition education program aimed at families facing food access challenges in Washington, DC’s Wards 7 and 8. - Assist staff in the daily execution of program tasks and projects. - Provide administrative support to Program Manager and Program Coordinator. - Maintain office files and manage financial records. - Complete purchase and reimbursement requests. - Assist with fundraising by researching funding prospects and managing logistics for events. - Assist with special projects related to program goals and mission. This is a PRN (as needed), non-benefits eligible position. We are seeking a Program Assistant who is able to commit up to 20-30 hours per week. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED (Required) - 1 year performing administrative tasks (Required) - Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is preferred. Requirements - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Access. - Ability to produce quality reports under tight deadlines. - Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a busy clinic environment. - Web design and desktop publishing skills a plus. The Senior Manager, Web Program Management, is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of Sono Bello’s web initiatives to support patient acquisition, lead generation, and conversion. This role, reporting to the Director of Digital Product, partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable web experiences that align with business goals and enhance the patient journey. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on program delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of web performance.
