Manager, Recycling Solutions

• Support the Sourcing Team with pricing analysis for new business opportunities, including development and review of pricing models. • Build, review, and validate pro forma financial models to support business proposals and strategic decision-making. • Conduct detailed pricing, volume, and plan performance analyses to assess profitability and operational impact. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate assumptions related to market conditions, material streams, and operational capacity. • Travel to operating sites to support the Optimization Team, including participation in startup activities and operational assessments. • Assist with testing and evaluation of new material streams, including data collection, material performance analysis, and feasibility assessment. • Compile, organize, and analyze operational and financial data from multiple sources to develop clear, actionable insights. • Prepare and present data-driven summaries and recommendations for Area Recycling Directors and Senior Leadership. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across sourcing and operations. • Other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- four years of relevant work experience
- 5 years relevant experience in dispatch, logistics or collections (in addition to education requirement)
- Previous experience in sustainability functions such as Renewable Energy/Recycling
- Experience leading sustainability program initiatives

Role Description We are seeking a highly capable operator to build and lead Revenue Cycle Management at Daymark. This is a foundational role as we expand our primary care service lines. You will own the end-to-end revenue cycle function, including: - Professional billing - Third-party billing vendor management - Claims operations - Risk adjustment While partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Finance, Product, and Data. The right candidate brings deep technical fluency in PCP-focused billing codes, hands-on experience managing billing vendors and clearinghouse platforms, and a forward-thinking orientation toward AI-enabled RCM. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a function from the ground up and grow with it.
