Role Description We are seeking highly skilled VMware VCF Deployment Specialists to join our team. This role requires full-time travel and an active Secret clearance (or higher). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying, upgrading, and maintaining VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX environments, with a strong preference for expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) management. You can live anywhere in the USA but must be within proximity to a major airport. - Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments. - Upgrade and optimize vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX infrastructures. - Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues. - Ensure system security and compliance in accordance with DoD and government standards. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless deployment solutions. - Maintain documentation and best practices for VMware environments. • Embed with customer teams to understand mission workflows, pain points, and operational constraints • Design and build custom applications and workflows (“app packs”) on top of the platform • Rapidly prototype and iterate on agentic AI solutions in real-world environments • Translate non-technical user needs into technical implementations • Operate independently in forward-deployed environments with minimal oversight • Gather and synthesize product feedback, feature requests, and usage insights • Collaborate with product engineering and agentic solution teams to influence roadmap and capabilities • Integrate with enterprise systems (data platforms, ticketing systems, collaboration tools, etc.) • Build lightweight UI components and interfaces where needed to support workflows • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing iteration of solutions in the field

• Lead the network workstream within site deployments and infrastructure projects primarily in the US region, with international support where required. • Gather and translate business and operational requirements into practical network designs in collaboration with the Network Architect. • Produce high-level and low-level LAN designs, including wireless, MDF and IDF placement. • Develop implementation plans and coordinate infrastructure installation activities. • Deliver network deployments remotely and on site across implementation, go live, and post go live support phases. • Validate completed deployments against established design standards. • Produce accurate post-implementation documentation and complete structured support handovers. • Design and deploy LAN/WLAN solutions primarily using UniFi (Ubiquiti) and CATO technologies. • Collaborate with internal and external partners on warehouse and corporate wireless deployments. • Capture customer network access requirements and deliver project related firewall, VPN, and connectivity changes in line with security standards. • Partner with wider infrastructure team to ensure new deployments are aligned with global monitoring toolsets and standards. • Maintain and evolve standardized deployment templates. • Represent Network Services on project meetings. • Coordinate with internal teams and external delivery partners to support site and infrastructure deployments (telecom vendors, installation partners, managed service providers, etc.). • Manage the full lifecycle of telecoms circuits including selection, ordering and installation. • Ensure network deliverables align with overall project milestones.

Role Description The Senior SCADA Engineer will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in design, development, and delivery of Hanwha Convergence SCADA/PPC solutions for the renewable energy industry. He or She will design, develop work packages, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the SCADA system including RTUs, RTACs, HMI, and electrical control systems on large scale PV and/or BESS projects. He or She also will conduct applicable tests and commissioning complying with local/international codes and standards. - Lead and manage the assigned projects with available resources for successful project completion in a due date and a budget. - Provide project status reports to stakeholders, and support risk mitigation measures as needed to maintain project goals and objectives. - Lead the development of monitoring and control systems for utility scale renewable energy projects including but not limited to: Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems. - Provide team oversight in the development of device points lists, IP address lists, Logic Diagrams, HMI mockups & assets, commissioning test plans and completion checklists, utilizing company defined documentation and standards. - Work within a team environment to define and implement product design standards and best practices that align with company goals and objectives. - Program and commission PPC, SCADA servers, data historians, and HMI systems. - Develop engineering work packages, construction work packages, inspection and test procedures, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and operation and maintenance procedures. - Identify applicable standards and collateral standards for the diverse applicable sites. - Lead any design changes required to ensure standards compliance or continuous improvement. - Perform technical presentations to clients including SCADA, PPC(Plant Power Control), and HEIS(Hanwha Energy Integration System) but not limited. - Mentor and train the less experienced engineers and technicians. - Conduct/facilitate risk analysis activities as required. - Perform other duties and/or tasks as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering preferred. - SCADA/PPC experience such as Ignition and/or SEL is considered a huge asset. - Solar tracker system and/or remote monitoring system experience are considered as plus. - More than five (5) years’ experience in business development or project development within North American power sector. - Deep understanding of how PV and BESS facilities operate, including plant controllers, PLCs, HMI, TCS, monitoring platform. - Be familiar with NERC CIP regulatory requirements. - PMP certification is not mandatory, but it is considered as an asset. - Ability to work with others in a team environment. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering preferred. - Minimum 5+ years’ direct experience in Ignition SCADA application, and other SCADA application engineering experience considered as an asset. - Schweitzer Engineering RTAC Platform experience considered as an asset. - Strong knowledge of design, installation and commissioning of SCADA networks using; Fiber Optics, Serial RS-232 / RS-485, Ethernet TCP/IP, MQTT. - Strong knowledge of industrial automation protocols including but not limited to; Modbus RTU/TCP, DNP3, OPC UA and DA. - Proficiency in reading and developing diagrams and schematics including but not limited to, power system, networking and control, electrical, mechanical and civil layouts. - Ability to solve problems and identify root causes as a part of investigation. - In-depth understanding of power plant operating procedures and control system interaction with governing bodies such as: Regional Compliance Entities, Independent System Operators (CAISO, ERCOT experience preferred), Transmission Operators, and Generator Operators.
