Role Description QTY 1 offshore B2/C1 observability engineer starting a new effort at BCU standing up Dynatrace tool for observability - working and reporting directly into senior client developers but leading the effort to set up alerts and manage Dynatrace as a tool post initial implementation at a rate of $45/hr with US overlap (through 10AM CST). - Assist in the design and deployment of new Dynatrace tool platform at BCU, coordinating with Dynatrace implementation team upon BCU requirements. - Manage Dynatrace monitoring and observability platform across microservices environments after initial deployment. - Work with software development team to implement required observability and configure alerts. - Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Dynatrace platform. - Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools. - Support incident response by involving the right team members during India business hours. - Maintain monitoring documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
