KASHIO
• Detectar y contener oportunamente transacciones sospechosas mediante monitoreo continuo, análisis de alertas y aplicación disciplinada de reglas antifraude. • Contribuir a la reducción del riesgo transaccional mediante una gestión ordenada, documentada y escalable de eventos, alertas y patrones inusuales dentro de la operación financiera de Kashio. • Monitoreo transaccional: Revisar operaciones en tiempo real o diferido, identificando señales inusuales que puedan representar riesgo de fraude o comportamiento atípico. • Análisis de alertas antifraude: Evaluar alertas generadas por motores, reglas o controles internos, aplicando criterios definidos por el área para determinar acciones iniciales. • Identificación de patrones básicos: Detectar múltiples pagos, montos inusuales, datos de usuario atípicos, comportamientos repetitivos o inconsistencias operativas relevantes. • Ejecución de acciones preventivas: Aplicar bloqueos preventivos, solicitudes de revisión, registros de caso o derivaciones, de acuerdo con los procedimientos aprobados. • Escalamiento oportuno: Derivar casos complejos o de mayor criticidad al equipo especializado, asegurando que la información llegue completa, clara y con evidencias suficientes. • Documentación y trazabilidad: Registrar hallazgos, acciones ejecutadas y evidencias en las herramientas definidas, cuidando la confidencialidad y disponibilidad de la información. • Coordinación operativa: Interactuar con Customer Support, Operaciones, Producto, Tecnología y Compliance cuando sea necesario para completar validaciones o resolver casos. • Uso responsable de herramientas digitales e IA: Apoyarse en herramientas de productividad, análisis y automatización para ordenar información, acelerar revisiones y mejorar la calidad del monitoreo. • Cumplimiento transversal: Actuar conforme a los lineamientos de Seguridad de la Información, Protección de Datos Personales, PLAFT, SST, PSHS y demás normativas aplicables a Kashio.
Job Requirements
- +1 año de experiencia en gestión de fraude, monitoreo transaccional, operaciones financieras, back office bancario, atención al cliente financiero o roles similares.
- Experiencia o interés sólido en fintech, medios de pago, PSP, banca digital, e-commerce, operaciones transaccionales o prevención de riesgos.
- Estudios superiores universitarios o técnicos en curso o concluidos; deseable desde 7mo ciclo en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Contabilidad, Sistemas, Negocios o carreras afines.
- Buen criterio analítico, capacidad investigativa y toma de decisiones iniciales con base en evidencia.
- Alta atención al detalle, orden documental, confidencialidad y capacidad para seguir procedimientos.
- Office en nivel intermedio-avanzado; especialmente Excel para registros, cruces, seguimiento y control operativo.
- Disponibilidad para adaptarse a horarios rotativos o esquemas de cobertura definidos por la operación.
- Conocimiento o uso práctico de herramientas de IA/productividad para mejorar análisis, documentación y organización del trabajo.
- Inglés intermedio deseable para lectura de documentación, herramientas o alertas técnicas.

Role Description NSWCPD is seeking an experienced U.S. Navy submarine senior enlisted or civilian submarine system maintenance technician to provide technical, logistical, and administrative assistance to the Submarine Propulsion Plant Engineering Activity (SUB PPEA). The ideal candidate will leverage their hands-on experience to bring an operational perspective to support critical fleet modernization/maintenance and support efforts. - Serve as a technical discipline coordinator and primary point of contact for submarine non-reactor propulsion plant engineering issues. - Assist in the development and delivery of high-level presentations, briefings, and reports on program status, system health, and engineering issues for Program Offices and other external organizations. - Act as the logistics point of contact for the development and prosecution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical referrals, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) cases. - Support the integration of logistics changes and incorporating drawing modifications (SCDs) into existing engineering drawings. - Assist the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) with the drafting, processing, and dissemination of critical information to the Fleet and other agencies via Naval Messages, ISEA Advisories, and technical notices. - Support the processing and dissemination of incoming Fleet feedback and emergent issues, including Casualty Reports (CASREPs), Liaison Action Requests (LARs), and Departures from Specification (DFS) for review by NSWCPD Code 24. - Assist System Health Data Management & System Health Analysis of submarine non-reactor propulsion plant system and component health information across all classes of submarines. - Assist NSWCPD with the development, modification, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other internal processes, including the creation of detailed process maps. - Develop and maintain status/issue-tracking documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide visibility into ongoing engineering and logistics action. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or Maritime Academy. - Seven (7) years of experience with U.S. Navy submarine propulsion plants, including steam cycle system design, repair, installation, modification, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing. - Must be a former U.S. Navy submariner or civilian submarine maintenance technician. - Strong understanding of submarine operations and maintenance.
