Role Description SAIC is looking for a dedicated Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build, support and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application that processes healthcare EDI transactions. The ideal candidate has experience with (Java/Node.js) backend integration work, (Angular) front-end UI development and understands structured healthcare data. • We are seeking an experienced Epic Population Health Team Supervisor to support UT Health San Antonio in improving outcomes, quality, and value across patient populations • This role provides leadership and oversight for the Epic Population Health team • Ensuring effective implementation and optimization of Epic applications including Healthy Planet, Care Management, Registries, and Risk Stratification tools • The supervisor partners with clinical, operational, analytics, and IT leaders to translate population health strategy into scalable Epic solutions • Responsibilities include guiding the use of Epic reporting and analytics tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, SlicerDicer, and Cogito to support proactive care management, performance monitoring, and decision‑making • The role also oversees workflows across Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, BPAs, Care Everywhere, and social determinants of health initiatives • As a people leader, this position is responsible for staff mentoring, work prioritization, stakeholder communication, and promoting Epic best practices and governance.

Role Description - This role is 75% travel and remote when not traveling. - Support system adaptation activities, including data configuration, site-specific customization and integration. - Analyze and modify XML files used for system configuration and data exchange. - Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware systems at FAA facilities. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records and site reports. - Work closely with engineers, technicians and FAA stakeholders to ensure timely support. - Comply with all FAA safety, security and quality standards during on-site work and travel. - Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation activities for assigned TFDM Sites. - Develop Site Implementation Plans (SIP), and other supporting documentation to guide field deployments. - Coordinate with FAA to plan and execute system cutovers and deployments. - Support readiness assessments and ensure all prerequisites are met for implementation. - Participate in coordination meetings with engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders. - Track site readiness status, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and effective deployment. - Conduct site briefings as needed to prepare operational personnel for system implementation. - Provide implementation status reporting to program management, FAA leadership, and other stakeholders.
