Associate Manager, Applications Business Analyst, Scrum Master
Interface Systems
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis. • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. • Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to support development efforts. • Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to align solutions with business goals. • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing documentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Software solutions against requirements. • Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Provide training to end-users on Software applications and new features. • Act as the Agile Product Owner, representing business stakeholders and managing the ticket backlog. • Prioritize features, epics, user stories, bugs and support tickets based on business value and strategic goals. • Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. • Coach the development team on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement techniques. • Track sprint progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps, and report on key metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team health. • Stay current on Software updates, patches, and new features.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of combined experience in business analysis, product ownership, and Scrum facilitation roles.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps) and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
- Proven track record in Agile environments, with certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
