• Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud environments supporting enterprise workloads. • Develop reference architectures and engineering standards for cloud infrastructure deployments. • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement infrastructure automation and deployment frameworks. • Guide modernization efforts involving legacy infrastructure migration to cloud environments. • Provide architectural oversight across networking, identity management, and security controls. • Ensure cloud solutions align with federal security frameworks and best practices. • Participate in technical strategy discussions with program leadership and customer stakeholders. • Review engineering designs to ensure performance, resiliency, and operational readiness. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to cloud engineers and systems engineers. • Support proposal development, technical planning, and architecture documentation as required. • Lead design and implementation of OCI environments using a mature Infrastructure-as-Code platform.

Job Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience designing large-scale cloud architectures.
  • Strong experience with cloud networking, security architecture, and infrastructure design.
  • Demonstrated experience leading architecture efforts for complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and federal compliance environments.
  • Experience designing resilient, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning and orchestration, along with Ansible for configuration management automation.
  • Periodic travel to customer locations.

This senior role focuses on designing, building, and operating reliable, secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to power blockchain production services and Web3-enabled applications within the Autheo ecosystem. You will bring deep expertise in AWS, blockchain node operations, automation, observability, and AIOps to ensure mission-critical distributed systems deliver exceptional uptime, performance, and resilience—while partnering closely with Engineering, DevOps, Support, and Product teams to drive operational excellence and reduce toil through automation.
