• You are responsible for ensuring our shop, product detail pages (PDPs), landing pages and conversion mechanisms improve month over month. • You continuously analyze our online shop and identify conversion blockers across the customer journey. • You develop and prioritize a CRO roadmap with clear hypotheses, tests and revenue impact. • You optimize product detail pages, landing pages, cart and checkout-adjacent elements, and core shop flows. • You work data-driven with tools such as Google Analytics, Klar, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings or similar systems. • You derive concrete actions from quantitative and qualitative data. • You own the structure, content and performance of our product detail pages. • You create or brief landing pages for paid ads, influencer campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions. • You ensure landing pages match the relevant target audiences, creatives and offers. • You test headlines, layouts, claims, social proof, bundles, FAQs, USPs and offer mechanics. • You work closely with Creative and Performance Marketing so that ad angle, landing page and product promise are consistent. • You manage our shop apps and ensure they are used sensibly and support conversion. • You identify technical issues in the shop, prioritize them and coordinate fixes with our web development agency. • You are the primary contact for shop-related bugs, UX issues and technical anomalies. • You ensure new features are properly tested and implemented. • You keep the shop operationally clean, up to date and scalable for growth. • You work closely with leadership on revenue, conversion and growth targets. • You translate insights from paid ads, CRM, influencer marketing and customer feedback into shop optimizations. • You brief external agencies and service providers clearly and review the quality of execution. • You contribute your own ideas on how to better monetize traffic and guide customers through the shop. • You support weekly and monthly reporting with concrete learnings and recommended actions.
Job Requirements
- You have experience in D2C e-commerce, ideally in a fast-growing consumer brand.
- You have proven experience in conversion rate optimization, shop optimization, landing pages and PDP performance.
- You understand how paid traffic, creatives, landing pages, product pages and the checkout interact.
- You are an absolute Shopify expert.
- You can work with analytics tools and derive clear decisions from data (e.g., Klar, Google Analytics).
- You are structured, strong at prioritization and think in terms of revenue impact.
- You are hands-on and don’t wait for others to solve things.
- You can clearly brief agencies, freelancers and developers and challenge results.
- You have a good sense for UX, copy, design, customer psychology and conversion mechanisms.
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made and implemented quickly.

• Comply with the Safety Team Roles and Responsibilities • Perform medical review and interpretation of adverse events and device deficiencies reported by clinical trial investigators • Ensure timely and accurate assessment of safety data in compliance with regulatory requirements, study protocols, and internal SOPs. • Write and review adverse event narratives, ensuring clinical accuracy and consistency. Role Description OWT Global seeks a self-driven Tactical Advanced Sensor (TAS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level II to support United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L), Program Executive Office for Tactical Information Systems (PEO TIS), and the TAS program portfolio. This role supports the acquisition, test, validation, integration, training, and fielding of advanced sensor capabilities for Special Operations Forces (SOF), including systems associated with unmanned and remote platforms. The TAS SME will translate operational needs into test, evaluation, and acquisition requirements that support rapid, effective fielding to the SOF enterprise. Primary work supports USSOCOM Headquarters and/or OWT Global Headquarters in Tampa, Florida, with remote support as required. Travel may average up to 25%. Qualifications - Five or more years of combined Special Operations and Technical Surveillance Operations/Element/Detachment (TSO/TSE/TSD) experience employing TAS sensors. - Five or more years of Special Operations, Intelligence Community (IC), or similar experience integrating and employing advanced sensor systems, including systems coupled with unmanned capabilities in multi-domain environments. - Ability to translate CONOPs and user needs into acquisition program requirements. - Experience with complex TAS sensor systems, including operational employment, integration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, unmanned sensor payloads, and TTL systems. - Ability to work independently in remote and office environments, and outdoors in varied climate conditions as required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
