Role Description You will work cross-functionally within Businessolver’s Data Science & Innovation team, partnering with Product Managers, Software and Machine Learning Engineers, Computational Linguists, UX Designers, and Business Partners to deliver end-to-end product features. In this role you will: - Drive Agile project execution across multiple cross-functional teams to support timely delivery - Develop and maintain roadmaps that clearly communicate timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies - Lead and participate in continuous improvement around processes, quality and communication - Facilitate daily scrum events and planning sessions You will gain hands-on experience working on conversational AI, user-centric product design, and internal tooling that supports millions of member interactions. Qualifications - The desire to pursue a career in Program Management, Product Management, or Engineering - Demonstrated experience or comfort using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in academic, professional, or personal settings - Curiosity about applying Generative AI to improve user experience, automate workflows, or inspire product innovation - Experience analyzing and auditing data leveraging MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Python) - A team player who has a track record to collaborate with a diverse group of people with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds - Familiarity or experience with the software development lifecycle or with Agile methodology - A passion for learning, solving problems, and seeking answers - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - Minimum of 6-month commitment Requirements - Currently enrolled or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s in AI, Product Management, Business, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent field - Prior experience in project, program or product management or prior experience or education in health care systems - Experience reviewing/coding with Python and SQL - Knowledge of AWS, Azure or other cloud services Benefits - The pay range for this position is $23.40 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges). - If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here .
