Senior Analyst, Consumer Group Finance
CNO Financial Group
• Conducts strategic initiative reporting for Bankers Life, Washington National, and Colonial Penn. • Supports business case development for Consumer Division Growth Strategy initiatives. • Assist with the development of key management deliverables, including Rating Agency presentations, QBR materials, internal business reviews, etc. • Work closely with technology and DP&A CoE team members to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and availability of data used in various operational and strategic reports and dashboards. • Work closely with Consumer Division business partners to continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures and internal control standards to ensure "One Source of Truth" reporting. • Maintains documentation for key financial reporting and operations processes and models. • Performs Budget/Forecast validation and process support as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline required.
- 5 years of financial and operational experience required.
- Experience using AI technologies and Power BI to support analytics and data-driven insights.
