Role Description Responsible for leading the design, configuration and deployment of Workday Core Financials, Procurement, Planning and Expenses modules under an Adopt-Not-Adapt model. The role ensures a fully integrated financial management solution aligned to government best practice and shared services convergence objectives. Qualifications - 8+ years Workday Financials implementation experience. - Strong knowledge of Chart of Accounts design, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation. - Experience delivering financial integrations using Workday Studio/EIB. - Understanding of government finance reporting requirements preferred. - Experience in multi-supplier ERP programmes. Requirements - Lead finance design workshops and define future-state processes. - Configure Core Financials including General Ledger, Procurement, Expenses and Financial Planning. - Design and oversee integrations including inbound and outbound financial feeds. - Build statutory, regulatory and management reporting including drill-down dashboards and analytics. - Support four Data Migration cycles including reconciliation and validation reporting. - Ensure financial data governance controls are embedded. - Contribute to Parallel Payroll Run impact validation. - Support integration of reporting into operational workflows to enable real-time management insight. Role Description The Associate Director, FP&A plays a critical role in driving analytical rigor across the firm, with a strong focus on business line profitability, capacity utilization, and pricing strategy.
