ISV Sales Development Representative

• Own top-of-funnel partner recruiting, with a primary focus on identifying and engaging potential ISV partners • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social touches, to generate interest and qualify prospects • Research and identify software companies that can benefit from our payment acceptance tools and partnership model • Educate prospective partners on our value proposition and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales or partnerships teams • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging • Develop a strong foundational understanding of the payments and fintech ecosystem (training provided)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Strong work ethic, coachability, and desire to build a career in sales or partnerships
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound emails and phone calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time, priorities, and follow-up in a fast-paced environment
