Intern – AI Tooling Research, Product Development Lifecycle
Power Factors
• Have 1:1 conversations with product managers and developers across the full P&T team to learn how they’re using AI tools in their day-to-day work. • Develop thoughtful questions with guidance from project leads; adapt the conversation to draw out practical examples and unique insights from different roles. • Document workflows, tool preferences, and tips across the product development lifecycle — capturing what’s working well and what could work better. • Build a shared knowledge base of recordings, summaries, and examples that the team can reference and build on. • Look for patterns across conversations to understand how AI adoption connects to team delivery and identify conditions where teams are thriving. • Identify standout practices and examples that can be shared more broadly to help other teams level up. • Prepare a final summary with practical recommendations to help Power Factors continue investing in AI tooling in ways that support our people.

Role Description We are now looking for an AI Workflow Architect (Creative Production) who combines deep production expertise with strong system thinking—designing and building scalable, AI-powered workflows across complex content ecosystems. What you can expect - AI Workflow & Pipeline Development - Integrate AI/GenAI tools (e.g. diffusion models, LLMs, automation frameworks) into scalable production workflows. - Automate repetitive production steps such as asset handling, rendering, versioning, and data processing. - Develop internal tools and scripts (e.g. Python-based) to improve efficiency and consistency across teams. - Translate experimental AI capabilities into stable, production-ready systems. - System Architecture & Integration - Architect modular, scalable workflow systems across tools, teams, and platforms. - Design and orchestrate data flows between creative tools, AI systems, and production environments. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing pipelines without disrupting production stability. - Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of workflow systems. - Bring structure to complex toolchains and reduce operational complexity. - Collaboration & Enablement - Act as the interface between Creative, Tech, and AI—making complex systems usable for production teams. - Collaborate closely with Artists, Designers, Developers, and AI Engineers. - Enable teams by building reusable tools, templates, and workflow standards. - Support projects from prototyping to production rollout. - Contribute to technical concepts, prototypes, and innovation initiatives. Qualifications - Strong experience in pipeline development, technical direction, or workflow automation. - Solid programming skills (e.g. Python) and experience building tools or scripts. - Experience integrating AI/GenAI into real-world production workflows. - Deep understanding of content production processes, asset management, and rendering pipelines. - Strong system thinking and ability to design scalable, modular solutions. - Experience working across interdisciplinary teams (Creative, Tech, Production, CGI). - Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus). - Work permit in Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany. Nice to have - Experience with machine learning concepts (e.g. model training, LoRAs, data pipelines). - Familiarity with cloud-based workflows and distributed systems. - Experience in high-volume production environments (e.g. automotive, e-commerce, media). - Passion for building efficient, scalable, and future-proof production systems. Benefits - Flexible working hours and 100% overtime compensation. - Work where it works for you. At home or in the office, or any mix you like. - Working for strong brands and clients we believe in. - 30 days vacation per year. - Urban Sports Club. - Nice people in welcoming teams. Your impact You’ll shape the future of AI agent experiences and scalable AI systems that work reliably in production environments, create standards, and transform complex systems into meaningful, measurable experiences - for users, brands, and products.
Role Description You’ll join a fast-paced team that values ownership, clarity, and shipping. You’ll work remotely, collaborate with leading sports organisations, and be embedded in one or more products, helping shape how they use and evolve our product suite. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and product ownership. There’s no central project manager - you’ll be expected to spot problems, decide what’s worth fixing, and help build the solutions. You don’t need years of product experience, but you do need curiosity, good judgement, and the willingness to get your hands dirty. What You'll Do - Own AI-driven workflows and product improvements within specific parts of the product suite. - Identify friction in how clients and teams use the product and propose solutions. - Build and iterate on AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to improve delivery and outcomes. - Be responsible for deciding what matters within your product area, not just executing predefined tasks. - You’ll translate real client and usage problems into shipped product improvements, not decks or specs. - Use AI and internal tools to investigate product behaviour, debug issues, and test ideas. - Work directly with engineers to ship changes and improvements. - Engage with clients when needed to understand real problems and validate solutions. Qualifications - Hands-on experience building or running AI-powered workflows, automations, or systems in a product or SaaS environment - or strong transferable experience with clear evidence you learn fast by building. - Enough product judgement to decide what’s worth working on and when, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and speed. - Comfort owning a problem end-to-end: from identifying the issue, to prototyping a solution, to working with developers to ship it. - Genuine interest in AI beyond surface-level use - you’ve used AI to build, automate, or meaningfully change workflows, not just to brainstorm or write docs. - Willingness to get into the weeds: prompts, tools, data, investigations, and iteration. - Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, including clients when needed. - Comfortable working with data and structured information to inform decisions. - High ownership mindset - you don’t wait for tickets or roadmaps to tell you what to do. - Able to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment. - Reliable internet for remote work. Benefits - Up to EUR 25,000 salary on a full time, permanent employment contract. - Fully remote working anywhere in Tunisia! - 33 Days Paid Leave and Benefits. - Exciting high growth product, relied on by leading global brands, particularly within sports. - Working with the latest hardware, tech stack and tools. - The working hours are flexible however primarily aligning with UK working hours across weekdays. Recruitment Process - First, you’ll be invited for a 15-minute chat, we’ll explain the role better and answer your questions. - We’ll then invite you to do a take home task (we’ll compensate you regardless of outcome) and then it’s just a final interview with the team. - And that’s it!
