Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.

- Proven experience within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify and address small business pain points.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions.

Role Description We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive adstrong’s growth through high-volume outbound prospecting, with a strong focus on cold calling.
