Responsibilities - Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter for multiple platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and company standards. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and fix bugs to ensure optimal app functionality and user satisfaction. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and technologies. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Qualifications - 5 yrs+ Proven experience as a Flutter developer with a strong portfolio of published mobile applications. - Deep understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework architecture. - Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Flutter apps. - Experience with state management techniques such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod. - Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and animation implementation. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Candidates without a minimum of an active Secret clearance will not be considered. - Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience is essential. - 3+ years of application development experience, preferably on the Foundry platform. - 2–4 years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript. - Strong understanding of data modeling and integration/ETL processes. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
