Monetization Designer

Role Description We’re searching for a skilled Monetization Designer whom we will entrust with developing and implementing effective monetization strategies. - Creation and implementation of effective monetization strategies, including in-game purchases, advertising, and Live Ops activities to achieve target metrics; - Continuous analysis of data and monetization performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities; - Study and analysis of historical monetization data to understand successful and unsuccessful campaigns and strategies; - Conducting A/B tests for in-app and advertising monetization; - Maintaining documentation and building a knowledge base on monetization specifics to accumulate expertise within the studio; - Training and supporting junior specialists, helping develop their professional skills; - Collaborating with analytics, marketing, development teams to ensure integration of monetization strategies; - Coordinating the implementation and launch of monetization campaigns and features; - Maintaining design documentation. Qualifications - Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry; - Ability to analyze data, propose improvements, and work with data analysis tools; - Experience in game deconstruction, understanding of industry standards and best market practices; - Strong understanding of current trends in the gaming market; - Skilled to design innovative monetization mechanics and find simple solutions to complex problems; - Expertise in considering the interests of different audience segments when developing monetization strategies; - Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and convincingly (both orally and in writing); - Analytical mindset and a good grasp of logic; - A deep passion for games.
