Senior Manager, Segment Campaign Strategy

Greenhouse Software

• Set the full funnel campaign strategy for our priority segments • Own the segment campaign strategy and roadmap • Translate segment narratives and product stories into concrete, multi touch segment campaigns • Act as an integrator across channels • Own the creation and ongoing refinement of integrated campaign briefs • Operationalize Sales tiering frameworks and account strategies for marketing plays • Lead integrated, multi‑channel segment campaigns • Partner with Content and Product & Customer Marketing to activate hero assets • Partner with Marketing Operations & Analytics to define segment‑level reporting views • Build and iterate on dashboards and reports • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Sales and SDR leaders • Align with Sales and RevOps on target account lists • Manage and develop a small, segment‑ and ABM‑focused team • Create operating rhythms that keep Growth, Product & Customer Marketing, MOPs, Sales, and channel owners aligned

Job Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, account‑based marketing, field/segment marketing, or similar, ideally within SaaS or a recurring revenue model
  • 2–4+ years of people management experience, leading and developing marketers or field/segment teams
  • Deep familiarity with complex B2B sales motions and buying committees
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing integrated, segment‑level campaigns and programs across channels
  • Strong experience working with territory models, account plans, and segment/vertical tiering
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Product & Customer Marketing and Content teams
  • Comfort working with core B2B marketing and revenue tech
  • Advanced fluency with Salesforce account and opportunity data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A bias for action and experimentation

Role Description Merrick is seeking a fully remote Estimator I to support preconstruction and cost estimating efforts for industrial, manufacturing, bioprocessing, and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on developing accurate, timely, and well-documented cost estimates that enable informed client decisions and support successful project execution. The Estimator I will report to the Manager of Construction Services and collaborate with a geographically distributed team of project managers, engineers, and senior estimators. This position is designed for remote delivery, leveraging digital tools, virtual collaboration, and cloud-based estimating platforms. Typical salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
