As APG builds a centralized but virtual commercial pagination team, we are looking for creative-minded people who work efficiently and collaboratively to produce pages for newspapers across the country. Expectations: - Complete a minimum of 3-4 Broadsheet pages per hour and 6-7 tab pages per hour. - Communicate well with remote editors and team members via online chats, emails, and the online proofing/output process. - Ability to problem-solve and work on multiple papers during each production shift. Paginators will average between 20-30 pages in a 7.5 hour shift. - Remote paginators will be provided a company computer and monitor with access to all the programs required for the job. Employees will be responsible for maintaining and paying for a stable internet connection. Scheduling hours/ Work Shifts: Our team operates at various hours with our full-time positions working 37.5 hours per week. We work various shifts to meet the needs of our customers and look for opportunities to match work-day hours to schedules that fit employees’ needs as well. We are open to discussions about potential schedules. Availability on nights and weekends may be required as this division adds more clients/titles. Essential Functions: - Follow design guidelines to produce layouts using desktop publishing software including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc. - Edit graphics and photos, including cropping, color correction, sizing, changing color depth, and collecting graphics and art for use in layout. - Troubleshoot issues with pages that fail to output correctly. - Convert and upload files for use online. Qualifications - Working knowledge of basic Google and Microsoft communications tools, and Adobe Suite software. - Familiarity with AP style. - Must be able to work at a pace of 4 Broadsheet or 6-7 tab pages per hour. - Paginators who do not meet this workflow standard will be terminated if their production does not improve after a 90-day period. Preferred - College degree and/or experience in journalism. - Experience working in a remote environment. References Must be able to speak to your ability to collaborate in a remote team environment and meet deadlines consistently while producing high-quality work. Role Description This role is in support of Cencora's patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business. - Working closely with assigned patients to identify various reimbursement coverage options and investigate financial options for those without insurance. - Assist with the coaching and mentoring of existing team members. - Manage a patient caseload larger than their caseworker counterparts. - Be a reimbursement expert in assigned caseload territory. - Provide assistance to other caseworkers with complex reimbursement, insurance, benefit investigation, special authorization, and appeal requests. - Participate in special projects as assigned by the Program Manager. - Provide daily support to Associate Program Manager(s). - Assist management with various reports and program-related tasks. - Work with management to develop program protocol and SOP for Caseworker role. - Lead training of new caseworkers, including but not limited to shadowing & call monitoring. - Regularly interact with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support. - Assist the patient with Clinic and Pharmacy selections, and schedule patient appointments. - Generate drug orders ensuring that required information is faxed to the pharmacy and related parties. - Adhere to the general company processes. - Implement call-centre programs including the provision of patient, healthcare professional, and funding bodies with telephone support. - Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and liaison with primary healthcare providers. - Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals. - Document each activity in program-specific database. - Participate and attend ongoing refresher training and in specialized training courses for specific products or programs as deemed appropriate by the manager. - Communicate clearly with manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues regarding the management of cases during foreseen absences. - Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments. - The Senior Caseworker will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
