• Train, Test & Develop AI Characters: Own the full lifecycle of AI character creation, from concept and face generation to LoRA training, testing, and iteration, ensuring consistency, creativity, and uniqueness across releases • Assist with Character Development: Use AI tools to help build character profiles that feel dynamic, realistic, and aligned with user expectations • Create and Refine Concepts: Bring creative visions to life and champion your own. • Own Character LoRA Training: Lead concept generation for characters and faces, train new AI character LoRAs, and deliver consistently within a fast-paced, weekly release cycle • Character Testing: Test generative AI characters for consistency, correctness, and overall user experience quality • Content Development: Follow trends and data to ensure content is unique, fresh, and culturally relevant. Bring forward new ideas and own creative visions • Maintain Content Freshness: Continuously monitor outputs to ensure they meet company standards and remain relevant • Research & Development: Research new techniques, models, LoRAs, and workflows. Present ideas to the team to keep characters innovative and competitive • Collaboration: Work closely with character creators, AI engineers, and developers to test new features and ensure consistent quality across releases
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles (~4+ years or equivalent experience)
- Technical proficiency in LoRA training, with a drive to continuously improve workflows and outputs
- Strong creative eye for character and face selection; ability to think beyond the obvious and find the details that make a character stand out
- Comfort with repetitive training, testing cycles, and fast-turnaround change
- Rigorous attention to detail: characters must be well-rounded, original, and consistently high quality
- Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling
- Fluent in English (for team communication and prompting).

Role Description The Psychiatrists/Psychologists will perform evaluations in accordance with Title 10 CFR Part 710. The evaluation will include the clinicians’ professional opinion regarding the individual’s mental illness or mental condition and any associated treatments thereof that may impair the individual’s judgment, stability, trustworthiness, or reliability as described in 10 CFR 710, Appendix A (National Security Adjudicative Guidelines), or successor. - Evaluations can be done either in person or via a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine application. - The applicant must have the ability to order and evaluate PEth and EtG laboratory tests of the individual by a certified laboratory located in the local area of the assessment location if required as part of the evaluation. - The applicant must be able to provide a final written report within ten days following the completion of the evaluation. - If required, the applicant must be able to attend and provide testimony at DOE administrative review hearings as to the clinical evaluation/assessment of the individual. - The applicant must be able to utilize a Department of Energy email account.
