In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients across multiple states via telehealth (Eleanor Health will pay associated costs and provide administrative support through the application process). The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding access to care, skilled in treating co-occurring conditions, and comfortable working in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment. - Provides direct patient care through telehealth, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up. - Document all clinical interactions and interventions using traditional means as well as our AI scribe tool. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, with a focus on substance use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric needs. - Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including regional and national medical leaders, psychiatric nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed therapists, and peer specialists. - Will have daily access to support from a variety of administrators, call center teams, tech support specialists, and software solutions. - Leverage a robust technology and product development team to optimize workflows, improve patient engagement, and enhance clinical effectiveness. - Participate in case conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings. - May include clinical supervision of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in accordance with state regulations and organizational needs. - Provide telephonic call coverage targeted at 1 week/weekend per month, subject to medical team capacity and with opportunities for additional on-call coverage with additional compensation per Company policy.
