• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers and support staff focused on infrastructure and workflow automation. • Collaborate with technical leads to define project scope, priorities, and technical direction. • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of automation projects using Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the automation team. • Coordinate design and implementation, understand operational pain points, and develop scalable automation workflows. • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. • Write detailed development specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to coordinate development tasks with the team. • Run Agile sprints for the development team. • Contribute to design documentation and architectural discussions. • Guide technical decisions involving PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, Office 365, Azure, and RESTful integrations.

• Lead the technical evaluation, selection and qualification of replacement electronic components. • Ensure form-fit-function compatibility, performing detailed electrical, mechanical and functional assessments. • Review and support updates of electronic schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and PLM documentation. • Drive change management through **PLM systems (Arena PLM, 3DX) including ECNs/ECRs.** • Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, quality, validation and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration. • Apply automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASIL, A-SPICE, AEC-Q100/Q200) throughout the release process. • Support prototyping, bench evaluation and integration of new components.

• Develop solutions for automated deployment of our software and services on our production infrastructure hosted on AWS. • Shape how our mission-critical enterprise software solutions are developed and deployed using optimized and automated CI/CD pipelines that ensure high-quality products. • Help design, build and support infrastructure and security technologies within the cloud that offer resiliency, observability, and optimized cost. • Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production. • Develop management solutions for managing services across multiple cloud platforms and data centers. • Mentor team members on technical decision-making, code reviews, and enforcing cloud engineering best practices and standards. • Collaborate with peers, system architecture, engineers, and product management on migrating applications to AWS. • Participate in planning work and identify areas of improvement. • Perform technology evaluation and selection.

• Own and execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, automation, and tooling improvements • Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments • Maintain and improve GitOps deployment pipelines • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Manage Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (GKE, IAM, networking, storage) • Implement and maintain secrets and configuration management systems • Write and maintain automation (infrastructure as code, configuration management, scripting) • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production infrastructure as needed • Communicate with internal teams and occasionally with clients when infrastructure matters impact delivery • Collaborate with developers on deployment, reliability, and performance • Use AI tools appropriately to enhance engineering productivity and workflow
