Role Description We are seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to support the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of technical systems across client and internal environments. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with infrastructure, development, operations, and client-facing teams. - Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by understanding system requirements. - Support integrations, improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that systems work together reliably and securely. - Enjoy solving practical technical problems, documenting processes clearly, and working across teams. - Help organizations get more value from their technology platforms. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to applicants across the continental United States who are authorized to work in the U.S. Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. • Own and drive the full sales cycle from sourcing to close, including Pipeline Development & Prospecting. • Attend financial-industry events and conferences to drive awareness and generate leads. • Qualify prospects based on buying readiness, product fit, and organizational need. • Lead Discovery Calls to understand customer needs and challenges. • Coordinate and participate in product demos; manage follow-up communications. • Drive opportunities through evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and closing. • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound activities.

• Own and execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, automation, and tooling improvements • Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments • Maintain and improve GitOps deployment pipelines • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Manage Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (GKE, IAM, networking, storage) • Implement and maintain secrets and configuration management systems • Write and maintain automation (infrastructure as code, configuration management, scripting) • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production infrastructure as needed • Communicate with internal teams and occasionally with clients when infrastructure matters impact delivery • Collaborate with developers on deployment, reliability, and performance • Use AI tools appropriately to enhance engineering productivity and workflow
