Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
- Background in Forex trading (1+ year) is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (advanced or near-native level)
- Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Proficient with customer support tools and software
- Ability to stay resilient and multitask effectively under pressure
