Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in account administration, contract management, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing complex contracts and leading process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of contract administration and amendment processes
- Familiarity with colocation operations and internal workflow coordination
- Proficiency in using administrative portals and tracking tools (e.g., Collo Portal)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions
