Senior Project Manager – Production

IMPLEMENT4

• Oversee full lifecycle management of commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects • Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance • Lead estimating efforts using industry-standard platforms and methodologies • Coordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and transition phases seamlessly • Maintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders • Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting meet industry and company standards • Drive profitability through cost control, scope accuracy, and operational efficiency • Support regional growth initiatives and help establish operational presence in new markets

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing commercial restoration projects in the $50K–$2M range
  • Strong background in both mitigation and reconstruction
  • Demonstrated expertise in estimating (Xactimate or similar platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
