• Develops and delivers content campaigns on topics including healthcare, wellness, retirement, financial wellbeing, total rewards, benefits, compensation programs, recruiting, and organizational change. • Writing to design and channel for a range of core and custom products and platforms. • Engaging internally and as a client-facing resource, proficient in content development—with a focus on digital marketing. • Consulting with internal partners and clients, lending content expertise and point of view to support strategy and delivery. • Supporting the Creative Studio by applying market trends and content best practices and contributing to product development and other strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Possess HR/benefits expertise writing content for an organization in topics of healthcare, wellness, retirement, financial wellbeing, total rewards, benefits, and compensation.
- Demonstrate ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials for a variety of audiences and media.
- Have flexibility to balance and meet multiple deadlines, often with quick turnarounds with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Be proficient in technical writing and have software fluency, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.

Role Description As a Content and Email Marketing Manager at Amen Clinics, you’ll play a vital role in our marketing team, driving our content and email marketing strategies with the intention of driving traffic, leads and enhancing organic search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content and email campaigns, which includes working with our writers, designers and have a solid understanding of Email Service providers to create and schedule multiple emails per week. Your passion for marketing and commitment to staying updated with industry trends (including AI-driven innovations) will be crucial in promoting and engaging our target audience effectively.
