Instructional Designer

Role Description - Design and optimize prompts with multiple constraints and instructions. - Define and document evaluation standards for correct responses in consumer contexts. Develop comprehensive rubrics. - Conduct model testing and grading. Assess preliminary outputs against expectations. - Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure rigor and consistency. - Work independently and meet deadlines. Contribute to a structured project environment with clear goals and tools. Qualifications - BS or BA from a reputable institution completed or in progress. - Strong writing and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Significant familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools. - US or Canada based. Requirements - Experience in teaching or research (preferred). Benefits - Compensation: $35–$40/hour. - Location: Remote. - Duration: 2 months. - Commitment: 20 hours/week.
