Second Nature

• Own the end-to-end delivery of GRI-related initiatives, ensuring scalable solutions and successful customer adoption. • Partner with the head of GRI in crafting a product roadmap that spans not only product & tech, but also operations, support, finance, and other key teams. • Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, customer success, partnerships, support, and others) to understand workflows, pain points, and needs that translate into actionable requirements. • Work closely with third party vendors to perfect current systems and deliver exceptional resident experiences. • Monitor and report on key business and product metrics. • Navigate competing priorities to deliver on outcomes rather than solutions. • Be the “go to” for partner PMs, development teams, internal stakeholders, and third party vendors for Group Rate Internet.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in PropTech.
  • Experience with file transfer processes and interacting with third party vendors and their own internal operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; converting ambiguity into clear action while protecting quality.
  • Bring a decisive, “First Principles” mindset proactively unblocking teams and driving outcomes while collaborating closely with partners.
  • Ability to communicate crisply across functions (engineering, partnerships, customer success) and align stakeholders quickly.
  • Have an empathetic mindset when seeking out pain points and needs.

The Director, Network Management, is responsible for meeting the network management needs for assigned geography and/or health delivery networks. Working closely with the regional executive teams, and leads the market’s clinical performance activity related to growth, CAHPS, RAF and STARS measures and produce outcomes consistent with corporate guidelines and requirements. Offers technical leadership and expertise to both regional and corporate initiatives for physician, hospital, and ancillary contracted networks. Which shall include direct communication to improve quality performance goals with IPA and Hospitals. Oversee, as assigned Regional Performance of Network. GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Leads and facilitates join operations committee meetings (JOC) with MSO, IPA and Direct Ancillary contracted providers. 2.    Leads and manages provider service representatives to maximize engagement through consistent face-to-face interactions, in-service visits, training sessions and JOC participation to improve performance and growth initiatives. 3.    Reviews, analyzes and develops strategies based on historical performance data and trend performance metrics promoting growth, CAHPS, RAF, STARS, Benefit Orientation, AVA (Alignment Virtual Application).
