• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements related to integrations and carrier services • Analyze and support UC/CCaaS platforms, carrier connections, and messaging flows • Act as a bridge between business, IT, and integration teams, ensuring clear communication across all parties • Support integrations involving carrier APIs, SIP/BYOC, and connector frameworks • Analyze existing integration processes and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency • Evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical constraints • Contribute to project planning, tracking, and delivery coordination • Develop test plans, support UAT, and validate integration scenarios • Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements, process flows, integration specs, reports)

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Understanding of UC/CCaaS platforms and communication ecosystems
  • Basic knowledge of SIP protocols, carrier integrations, and APIs
  • Exposure to Microsoft Teams, Graph API, or PowerShell is a plus
  • Understanding of SBC (Session Border Controller) operations and fraud detection concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Role Description We are currently seeking a Data Analyst - Business Analyst to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
