• Strategic Leadership: Involved in Business Development activities for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and EMEA. • Execution of strategic vision for the Project Execution practice aligned with organizational goals. • Identify market trends, assess competition, and recommend strategies for business growth. • Collaborate with senior management to align the practice with overall business objectives. • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Primavera and other Project delivery related solutions. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to optimize performance. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing Oracle Primavera and other Project Execution solutions to meet their requirements. • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle Primavera and Project Execution professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development. • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands and ensure team productivity. • Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of Oracle Primavera product updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. • Stay abreast of ERP applications (Fusion, SAP, JDE, Peoplesoft). • Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and customization of Project Execution Projects solutions. • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and participate in pre-sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business)
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Oracle Primavera implementation, customization, and project management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Certifications Preferred: Oracle Primavera certifications are highly desirable, Kahua certification, Ecosys certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), SCRUM Master
