Senior Endoluminal Market Development Manager

• Prepare the Taiwan opportunity for Ion product portfolio introduction by establishing relationships with physicians, hospital executives and specialty specific society leadership • Build organizational knowledge around the interventional pulmonology, interventional radiology, & thoracic surgery specialties, with a focus the biopsy and treatment of small peripheral lung lesions: o Patient journey from 1st visit through treatment o Various imaging technology and medical devices utilized o Incentives and barriers within the care pathways o Identification of key stakeholders throughout evaluation process & financial/clinical value points • Gain market insights on how lung cancer screening and incidental nodule programs are being implemented in different hospital segments • Prepare strategies focused on clinical and economic data that will support the adoption of new technologies • Understand how ROI is calculated for key financial hospital stakeholders within navigational bronchoscopy procedures and other competitive modalities • Interact and communicate on a regular basis with regional and global commercial leadership • Ability to travel up to 40%
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry
- Medical device sales, sales management and marketing
- Taiwan and Asia Pacific travel to include other international trips as needed
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of working effectively across regions, cultures, and with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a global environment, understanding Asian market specifics
- Understands and has experiences in dynamics of early product and procedure adoption curves
- Ability to present and clearly articulate business plans to organizational stakeholders and leadership
- Microsoft Office expertise
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
