Director, Training & Enablement – Rubrik University

• Define the strategic roadmap and operational plan for Rubrik University, ensuring all training programs align with company goals for product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of trainers and content developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure training content is accurate, timely, and addresses critical knowledge gaps. • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous update of all training curricula for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Own the delivery model for all training types, including employee training, customer training, and partner enablement. • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and all delivery platforms to ensure a world-class user experience. • Establish clear, measurable success metrics for all training initiatives and track, analyze, and report on training data and ROI to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 12+ years of experience in managing corporate training, technical enablement, or education departments, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- 6+ years of direct people management experience, leading a team of trainers or curriculum developers.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training across various modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic projects.
