• Experience working on Mobile-focused BFFs (Backend-for-Frontend) • Design and develop scalable, resilient backend solutions using Java; • Ensure code quality with a focus on maintainability and performance; • Promote software engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, DDD and Clean Code; • Perform code reviews and optimizations, engage in pair programming and provide mentoring to the team; • Collaborate with business areas to translate complex rules into efficient implementations; • Promote dissemination of technical knowledge and provide support to development teams; • Guide and establish technical guidelines for requirements gathering with clients; • Take technical ownership of backend-related issues across projects and products; • Ensure technical project documentation and application security; • Propose solutions autonomously, contributing to decision-making at different leadership levels; • Facilitate consensus-building in high-complexity technical decisions, fostering collaboration and alignment among developer teams.

• Lead the technical team and ensure delivery of requirements for the BFF and app; • Ensure the development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot; • Manage Kafka queues for communication between services; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions; • Monitor and continuously improve service performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.

• Develop and evolve critical back-office applications • Build complex, high-performance interfaces in Angular • Design and implement scalable APIs and services • Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices • Work on resolving highly complex issues

• Design and lead development of the native Rust backend, including APIs, microservices, and system architecture. • Integrate and manage real-time messaging infrastructure using WebSockets and event-driven services. • Oversee the Solana-based OleX token, including smart contract development, wallet logic, and payments architecture. • Build the backend framework for AI-powered features, including translation, recommendation engines, and user content analysis. • Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all systems, especially in crypto and gambling environments. • Partner with the CEO and broader team to align technical goals with the company’s global vision.
