Role Description The Toloka Annotators connects individuals with Generative AI projects from leading tech innovators. Responsibilities - Data Collection: Record hands-on, manipulation-intensive tasks across a diverse set of residential environments. - Residential Tasks: Accurately record common household activities such as room tidy-up, end-to-end dishes cleanup, end-to-end laundry, and home mapping. - Adherence to Specifications: Follow strict guidelines for data capture, including dedicating full attention to the task and ensuring geographic and task diversity in recordings. - Equipment: Own or use a smartphone or alternative camera device capable of 30 FPS or greater and 1080p resolution or greater. - Capture Method: Mount the device at forehead or eye-level for an egocentric perspective, maintaining a downward angle to maximize hand visibility. - Software: Utilize the designated "D&A" application for all data capture and upload. - Quality Control: Ensure all video footage is clear, stable, well-lit, at least 15 seconds long, and accurately depicts useful, intentional tasks without unnecessary pauses or contrived movements. • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency. • Review records and documentation to ensure completeness and correctness. • Utilize systems such as Datacap, Provider Enrollment Portal, File Director, and mainframe tools to process and verify data. • Verify data against multiple sources using both manual and automated methods. • Index and organize claims documentation for accurate recordkeeping. • Apply established policies and procedures for data processing and verification. • Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to standards and expectations. • Monitor and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. • Support provider or stakeholder outreach and communication efforts. • Assist with claims-related documentation, including CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms. • Perform additional administrative and data-related duties as assigned.

Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality data, insights, and analytics that empower managers to make accurate, data‑driven product, campaign, and operational decisions. You will help optimize processes—such as merchant onboarding and servicing within the Pay product—by identifying trends, anomalies, and risks to support more effective management of the area. Key Responsibilities - Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Management: Prepare, develop, and maintain Power BI reports (transactional and operational dashboards) to support effective decision‑making in product development, deployments, and marketing activities. - End‑to‑End Analytical Support: Conduct comprehensive analyses, interpret complex datasets, and present clear, concise conclusions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. - Trend & Anomaly Detection: Identify trends, patterns, deviations, and anomalies (e.g., campaign performance, transaction result outliers) and communicate findings to relevant teams for managerial action. - Data & Dashboard Optimization Activities: Participate in projects aimed at refining the maintenance, aggregation, and structuring of dashboards to improve efficiency and workspace organization within the Pay team. - Analytical Contribution to Business Cases: Support the development of business cases—including those requiring large or multi‑source datasets—for budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives. - Business Analysis for Non‑Reported Areas: Perform business analyses for sales, product, growth, payments, or operational topics where no ongoing reporting exists or where data retrieval requires advanced database querying. - Coordination Between Data & Business Teams: Facilitate collaboration between Data and Business teams to streamline planning processes, enhance Data team understanding of business needs, and accelerate implementation timelines. Qualifications - Proven ability to work with large datasets, including advanced SQL skills, query optimization, and reporting process automation (including VBA). - Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI (Power Query, DAX). - Basic programming knowledge in Python (including PySpark). - Strong working knowledge of Databricks or similar platforms. - Highly developed analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset. - Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business‑oriented recommendations. - Skill in creating clear, logical, user‑friendly, and visually appealing data visualizations and reports. - Solid understanding of statistics and mathematics at a practical level.
