Role Description As a full-time Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll join a small, cross-functional product team defining how MONEI looks and feels. You'll optimize payment flows, build merchant and admin dashboards, and deliver the best user experience for our clients. What You'll Do - Build Exceptional User Interfaces: Develop engaging payment UI components, payment pages, merchant/admin dashboards, and seamless onboarding experiences. - Define the User Experience: Translate business requirements into fully implemented, intuitive user interfaces—without always needing a designer. - Ship Fast with AI: Leverage Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to accelerate day-to-day frontend work without sacrificing quality. - Drive Innovation: Actively contribute to team discussions, propose improvements, and help steer the evolution of our tech stack and platform. - Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the backend team to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience. Our Stack - Framework: React + TypeScript - Styling: Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui - API: GraphQL via AWS AppSync Qualifications - 5-7+ years building user interfaces with a strong grasp of UX best practices. - Ability to independently convert business requirements into functional user interfaces. - Deep expertise in TypeScript and ReactJS. - Strong coding skills without AI assistance, verified in our live coding interview. - Excellent English skills with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Design and deliver high impact features, working closely with product, design, and other engineers • Take ownership of projects from concept to production • Contribute to architectural decisions • Write high quality code and help raise the technical bar • Partner closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to design, build, and ship new features • Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes for measuring impact • Evaluate and improve the performance, maintainability, and security of applications in production • Work in a collaborative and open team valuing feedback, continuous learning and trust

• Define and own the front-end architecture for AI-native product surfaces, including streaming interfaces, agentic workflows, and model-assisted UIs • Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to align on front-end standards and shared technical direction • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to elevate front-end expertise across the organization

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production • Build and maintain well-tested, maintainable code that meets the reliability bar required for sensitive, real-time workflows • Contribute to API design in REST and participate in data modeling decisions that need to hold up at scale • Engage in code reviews and technical discussions, offering thoughtful feedback and raising the quality of what the team ships • Partner with product and design to translate complex operational workflows into clean, reliable software experiences • Identify and improve existing systems, including legacy areas that require independent problem-solving to understand and refactor • Contribute to our microfrontend architecture (module federation), with an emphasis on maintainability, performance, and shared component patterns
