• Lead and develop a global team of 18 solutions professionals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Drive revenue outcomes by ensuring the solutions engineering team effectively supports enterprise sales cycles • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Sales (Account Executive Leaders) leadership to align solutions engineering priorities with revenue goals and pipeline growth • Establish metrics and processes to measure team performance, customer outcomes, and business impact • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and influence product roadmap • Oversee complex enterprise engagements, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership when needed • Develop team capabilities through training, mentorship, and career development planning • Scale processes and systems to support team growth and operational efficiency • Represent the solutions engineering function in cross-functional leadership discussions
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles with progression into leadership
- 5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers and leading distributed teams
- Demonstrated success driving revenue outcomes and supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technical solutions to business value
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers and navigating complex organizational structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive accountability and performance in a results-oriented environment
- Experience establishing metrics, processes, and systems to scale team operations
- Passion for developing talent and building team capabilities over time
- Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking

Role Description The Solution Architect partners directly with business units and functional teams to analyze departmental and enterprise level processes, identify system and workflow deficiencies, and design technical solutions to address identified gaps. Solutions can range from implementing third party solutions to custom-built applications by our internal development team. This role requires deep technical expertise as well as solid interpersonal skills to be able to be successful. The SA applies hands-on technical knowledge to translate business needs into end-to-end solutions. The SA is responsible for managing IT project priorities for their assigned business units, gathering requirements, analysis, proposing solution designs to include application architectures, system integrations, and/or data flows/models for third party vendor or custom-built solutions.
